Rating : - linear not square
I almost gave up on this battery because it was not the same shape as the original and it had to fit in a small square space. The original was square, 3 cells X 2 cells, the replacement is linear 6 cells. By luck, I saw a picture in the Dell service manual that showed it about to be installed in a different orientation partly under cover.
The tape is too thin to attach it to the components on the board.

It serves the purpose and works well.
